Client Registration and Referral

Client referrals, admissions and discharges are tracked in ClientInfo.  The system has the ability to track a client through multiple referrals, multiple registrations and multiple programs.  Data entry is controlled through predefined lists and intuitive calendar controls.

Clients report significant time savings through the implementation of ClientInfo.  The system has consolidated the client information.  Our organizations report the elimination of multiple databases tracking information about clients.  Client information processes are well defined and efficient for the collection of data.  One database provides staff from different departments access to pertinent information in one place.   Now billing department staff does not have to contact clinical staff to get clinical information necessary for billing.  Additionally, reporting of ad-hoc client demographic information is accomplished easily to regulatory bodies, funders and donors.






ClientInfo includes a Client Record screen that consolidates access to the entire client record to one screen. Access to specific client information is available with straightforward graphical buttons.



Client Registration and  Management features include: 

 
1.    Allow for easy data entry and updating of client records due to the system’s comprehensive relational database design.
2.    Track provider registrations, programs, and payer relationships. 
3.    Track an unlimited number of client, company and people addresses and telephone numbers (current information and past information).
 4.    Include an unlimited number of notes for clients, client contacts, provider registrations, programs, and payers; and permits viewing, analyzing, and reporting these notes from a centralized location.
 5.    Unlimited Filtering of data based upon User criteria for use in on screen analysis and/or management reporting. 
 6.    Create and save report batches to easily combine multiple reports into a user defined report set for regular, easy and efficient report production. 
 7.    User Defined Fields and Forms Functionality 
    ο  Define unlimited user forms and user fields. 
   o   Define a form set that can be automatically attached to a client. 
   o   Define the ordering of user fields on a user form for easy data entry.  Because you define the sequence in which user fields appear on a data entry screen, you can control how data is collected and entered into the system. 
   o   Include the same user field on multiple forms.  A user field is not limited to one user form.  This means data can be entered or modified on any form and the results update automatically to other user forms that contain the same field. 
   o   Allow the fields that make up a form to be dependent upon a value contained within the database.  If client has Workers Compensation funding, then the system can display only the Workers Comp related fields. 

ClientInfo has helped customers by providing screens for key information.  However, ClientInfo’s ability to easily create data fields and track information has been used by our customers with disparate programs to allow customization for programs that require specific information.  ClientInfo has provided our customers with the best of both worlds a solid framework for the collection of data used throughout the organization as well as customization for unique needs of specific programs.
